PT Kaya Prima Solusi (KPS) opened for business in 2013, by a small group of people passionate about taxation & accounting services, who determined to deliver the experience and expertise to add value on our client business, by helping risk mitigation, managing tax burden as well as improve performance of the business.

It was an exciting time of fast growth for us, currently we manage to expand and synergize into 4 associates entities in Taxation Services (KPS & SSP consult), Legal (MUBS Secretarial) and Accounting Firm (KAP J&R). In KPS itself we have more than 40 existing clients which mostly Multinational entities with 20 professionals team to support with.

Achievements:
- Successfully assist the company with USD 2mio tax dispute on VAT objection, in the Jakarta Regional Tax office in 2018.
- Successfully assist the Multinational company with USD 2mio corporate income tax refund with audit process in 2018.
- Successfully assist the Multinational company with +/- USD 10mio tax dispute on withholding tax in the tax court 2015.
- Successfully assist the company with USD 26mio corporate income tax order (SPHP) become less than USD 100k, during audit process in PMA Tax Office in 2015.
- Several numbers all taxes audit assistances with successful rate more than 50% during 2015-2017.
- Involved in several multinational company’s business transformations, to ensure the efficiencies & effective financial reporting & business control by outsourcing the accounting & taxation function.
- Involved in medium scale of company group business tax planning to ensure the efficiencies & effective, and mitigating tax risks during.
- Actively involved to ensure the periodic tax compliances of several numbers clients e.g Periodic Tax Filing, Transfer Pricing Documentations, tax correspondences etc.
