He graduated from State College of Accounting (STAN), CPA Tax Consultant Certificate (BPKP), and Registered Tax Court Attorney.

Head of Tax Division PT. Kaya Prima Solusi. Mrs. Vera has worked for Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKB) for more than 5 years, subsequently, she had over 16 years of experience in the finance and taxation field of multinational company and consulting firm.
She graduates from the State College of Accountancy (STAN) and held a JFA auditor certificate.

Partner of PT. Kaya Prima Solusi. Mrs. Theo earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Atmajaya University. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Sahid Jakarta and also earned a Master’s degree in Tax Administration from the University of Indonesia.
She has been working for over 15 years as a tax consultant and legal with a very strong background in handling legal and taxation cases e.g Tax Audit, Tax Objection, Tax Appeal. She held the Tax Attorney and Tax Consultant Certificate (IKPI) and Indonesian BAR Association from PERADI.
Rendy Risandy

Partner of PT. Kaya Prima Solusi. Graduated from the University of Indonesia, has been working for over 15 years’ tax consultant and multinational company with a very strong background in handling various taxation cases e.g. Tax Audit, Tax Objection, Tax Appeal in various Industry.
He has a success story in various cases of disputes in Tax Appeal. He held Tax Attorney License in Tax Court and Tax Consultant Certificate (BKP). His latest position is Tax Head of South East Asia of the Multi-National Company.
Mr. Risandy concentrates on domestic and international tax issues composing of corporate income tax, VAT, transfer pricing, international tax, and tax management. He has handle a wide range of disputes in most of Industry also has a high win percentage in the tax court. He also assists clients in preparing the proper transfer pricing documentation for routine compliance reporting (local file, master file, and country-by-country reporting) and for specific purposes such as MAP and APA.
Anselmus Migi Aryanto

Partner of PT. Kaya Prima Solusi. Mr. Anselmus Migi Aryanto is an experienced financial and tax consultant with a strong background in accounting, management, and taxation. He began his career at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) in 1993 and served until 2016, where he was directly involved in various tax audit assignments across major tax offices, including the Foreign Investment Tax Office (KPP PMA), Karikpa Jakarta, and several KPP Madya branches in different regions.
Since 2016, he has been part of PT Kaya Prima Solusi (KPS SSP) as a Financial and Tax Consultant, focusing on strategic consulting services covering corporate financial planning, investment and acquisition advisory, tax planning, bookkeeping, and tax litigation assistance. With over 30 years of experience in the field of taxation and finance, he is recognized for his strong analytical skills, high integrity, and consultative approach that delivers practical and effective solutions for clients.
